Carol is the primary contact for our clients and is the critical component for all administrative issues. She is responsible for scheduling client meetings, overseeing account administration and ensuring our office runs smoothly. Her dependability and efficiency are exceptional.

Carol has completed the mutual funds investment course and uses her extensive experience and comprehension of the industry to manage the Russ Elford Team. Carol has been a vital part of our office since 2004.
